• Customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individually logged-on member
• Notify members about updates to our Web site
• Contact members for NWC marketing purposes

We DO NOT sell, give away or distribute any member lists. Vendors wishing to promote their services to our members are approved by NWC and their offers distributed by NWC staff by posting information on the website.

Cookies

When you log in as a member we create a new cookie to record session information to allow you to view member area web pages, use our online tools, and order member benefits on our site. Our cookies also protect you against others accidentally accessing your account contents by requiring you to re-enter your log in after a certain period of time has elapsed.

Third-Party Sites

We partner with other third parties to provide specific services to our members. Members visiting these sites do so at their own risk. These companies have their own privacy and data collection practices and are not covered by this privacy statement.

Ad Networks

We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

How You Can Access or Correct Information

Members have access to and can edit or delete any of  their information in the Member Directory while on the site or by submitting a request in writing to the Head Office of NWC.

Security of Your Personal Information

We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. When we transfer and receive certain types of sensitive information we redirect visitors to a secure server. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

Changes to This Statement

From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will post the policy changes to our Web site to notify you of these changes.
